By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website or contacting us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

All services are subject to a written contract signed by both parties. No work will commence without a signed agreement and, where applicable, insurance claim approval.
Free inspections and written estimates are provided at no obligation. An estimate does not constitute a contract. A binding agreement is only formed upon execution of a written contract by an authorized representative of One Sun America LLC and the property owner. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
One Sun America LLC is a licensed roofing contractor and does not act as a public adjuster or insurance professional. We do not file, negotiate, or manage insurance claims on behalf of homeowners. Only licensed Public Adjusters regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) may negotiate insurance claims.
Homeowners are legally responsible for paying their insurance deductible as required by the Texas Insurance Code. Any contractor who offers to waive or cover your deductible is violating Texas law. One Sun America LLC will never make such an offer.
Payment schedules are outlined in your signed contract. For insurance projects, payment is generally structured around insurance disbursements (ACV and RCV checks). For retail projects, terms are agreed upon at contract signing. One Sun America LLC reserves the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid balances in accordance with Texas lien law.
Workmanship warranties are provided as specified in the written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the homeowner and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or acts of nature occurring after project completion.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages. By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any form on this website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS text messages from One Sun America LLC at the number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or service. These messages may include:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month depending on your project status and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply based on your mobile plan. One Sun America LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Delivery: Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier network and is not guaranteed. One Sun America LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out (STOP): You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message to unsubscribe. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send you a final confirmation message and immediately remove your number from our messaging list. No further messages will be sent.

TCPA / FCC Compliance: By opting in, you confirm you are the mobile account holder or have the account holder's permission to consent on their behalf. Consent is not required to purchase any product or service from One Sun America LLC. You may request a free inspection or obtain our services without opting in to SMS communications.
